Lengthy
As opined
Should it be?
Go soul, a body’s guest
Upon a thankless arrant
Feeble are you oh creature
Heavier is your task.
Weaker you seem in nature
On an errand, your joy is derived.
In horror, you gathered
Under the sun you laboured.
Through struggle, you acquired
In pain, you produced and multiplied.
Oh creature, you’re young but weak
You’re in-sick but strong.
On errand, you always embark
Lately, return will you.
Strength and might you lack
To roam and fly, now enigmatic.
Straight and flat, you laid,
And voiceless you sounded.
Oh Creature, give a reply
Are you to start another journey afresh?
Are your tasks here over?
Is your visit here a sojourn?
Close not your eyes, I await answers
HurrI, there you go oh Creature!
Silently, you emptied your breath.
With your sweat and struggle behind,
With your inheritance apart.
I strongly await your return
Journey well oh creature!
Your memory, linger shall it.
